From the warm welcome by the guest executive to the personalized service ensuring everything was great during my stay, the hotel excels in service. The dining experience had some hiccups with limited options but was mostly pleasant. The location was convenient, and the rooms were cozy and clean.
The hotel is situated right in the heart of Raheja IT Park, offering a very good breakfast with a view of Hyderabad. The service, especially by Shaunak managing the executive lounge, was exceptional, making our stay comfortable. The dining experience was amazing during my 9-night stay, with options ranging from local delicacies to international cuisine. However, the distance from historical sights like Charminar and Nizam's Palace could be a downside, and the setup of the room didn't meet my previous preferences despite confirming over the phone.

I stayed on the 16th floor, which was more than I needed, but the room was great, neat, and clean. The air-well added a unique touch to the room, making my stay enjoyable. The hotel staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to meet requests and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay.
